My boyfriend and I are looking for someone to sublet our studio from now until August 14th. The studio is located right on campus. Rent is $789 a month (parking included). Water is $8 per person a month. Utilities not included: heat, water, gas, and electricity, however, it's affordable. This month we only paid $40 for utilities. We've paid less in previous months.

-Studio includes a divider that separates bed area and living area
-Free access to fitness center and pool
-Laundry in the same building
-Large backyard with a built-in grill
-Parking lot on site
