We have been living in Cross Hill Heights since June 2020. Before writing this review, we wanted to live here for a few months to make sure that the initial sense of happiness and satisfaction that we experienced upon moving in would continue, and not be based just on the euphoria of finding a conveniently located, well appointed, spacious apartment.
Now, after spending over six months here, we can say without any hesitation that this is the best apartment complex we have lived in thus far. The management team led by Joe Weber does an excellent job of providing a high quality living experience for the tenants. We especially like and enjoy the many included facilities such as convenient parking, both closed (included) and open (free), the well equipped and well maintained gym, the pool room, the beautiful community hall that can be booked by tenants for social events, the resort-like pool and comfortable seating arrangements surrounding it, community grills that are kept spic-and-span, and well-organized, safe and secure mail facilities. Patrick, the maintenance manager is systematic, professional and diligent in his follow through of any issues that we report. Angel does a thorough job of making sure that the whole complex stays clean and appears well-groomed.
The tenants are very respectful of each others space and need for privacy. This goes to show that the management team does a thorough job of not only whetting the tenants, but also ensuring that the policies are well documented, shared with all tenants and followed through. We have never experienced any issues with noise or bad behavior in common areas.
In these days of COVID-induced social distancing, working from home and mostly-online-shopping-and-home-delivery, we could not have asked for a better managed, more convenient apartment to call HOME. All members of our family work/study from home, and each of us find it very convenient to carry on with our individual responsibilities. The rooms in the apartment are well insulated for sound, and one or two of us being on calls does not disturb other family members. We have very reliable AT&T Internet service, and the speeds are blazing. We see that Spectrum also provides service here, but we chose to stick with AT&T, who are also our mobile service providers.
All in all, Cross Hill Heights is a great place in Madison to live without any worries!
