Boardwalk Investments really was patient with our group of boys in signing our first lease. They walked us through the process prioritizing the important facts first. We met Alec the first time we toured City View and it was comforting knowing he was the one who took us through the entire process as he guided us through the signing. Having an agent who knows your name by the end of the experience only gives us confidence that our year with Boardwalk Investments will be a good one. Highly recommend any relationship with this company. Very clean and well organized.
I have been a tenant at City View for almost 6 months now and have nothing but positive things to say about my experience....
I have been a tenant at City View for almost 6 months now and have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. Ryan, Jessica and the other staff members at Boardwalk have been fantastic. They always go above and beyond. They notify us promptly when planning to enter our apartment for showings or maintenance.They are always EXTREMELY courteous when they do enter. Little things like knocking even though they have keys or asking if we would like for them to take their shoes off make a HUGE DIFFERENCE. They also have come to our apartment to fix the sink when we weren't even aware that there was an issue with it. The apartment building itself is in great condition. They have a cleaning crew come in weekly to clean and maintain the common areas, hallways, and laundry rooms. Most rental agencies in Madison do not have this. I will be very thankful for this when the weather outside turns nasty with snow, slush, salt, etc.
I have leased with other rental agencies in Madison, and their service DOES NOT EVEN COMPARE to Boardwalk. If I wasn't graduating, I would absolutely renew my lease here at City View.
