I have delt with this place for over a week now and paid them over $300 and was supposed to move in in 5 days. They recently called and told me I was no longer allowed to move in because my name was already on a lease for the place that I am moving out of. I was told I wasnt allowed to have two leases in my name and that was the reason for not being allowed to move in. Now I have 5 days till I move from out of state and have nowhere to go. I will never do business with this place again. Horrible customer service.

I posted a review back in July when I moved out. I guess it was removed. Anyway this complex is absolutely terrible! When I first moved in , the guy accross from me was DEAD for 3 weeks before he was found! His sister sent cops to do a welfare, that is how he was discovered ! They moved me to a diff building, like the old one the new one had a spider problem. Wolf spiders to be exact! I consistently emailed and complained. I sent photos and videos! They did nothing but kept a monthly pest control routine. I would not recommend this place to anyone! If I could give a -5 star I would do so!

three stars because the community itself is not so bad it is a quiet place to live. the only problem is that. I dont even think we have a maintenance man full time anymore. There is times when I see him and times when I dont. But when i do see him all he does is ride around or sitting in his truck with some other slim tall guy (who I assume is another maintenance man) sometimes he is picking up trash but other than that I have not seen him come work on requests that i have gone to the office for or put through online. I would love to get my issues fixed if we could get a maintenance man full time!

I will give them 0 stars for sure. My place is infested with mice. The apartment refuses to fix the situation. Pest control has only been out twice and no results, and they keep offering to send them out when they only put down traps. They also won't move me or let me out of my lease. I wouldn't wish this on anyone or want anyone to stay in these apartments. The picture below is what me and my son have been dealing with for 6 months. I have caught at least 20 + mice!

OMG!!!!!!!!! This place is terrible!!!!!!! I was a potential resident at the Archwood Meadows Apartments in Madison, TN however when I read the reviews I was kind of iffy, so I had to see for myself. I love the Madison area and wanted to stay in the area. First when I spoke to the leasing consultant over the phone as I gather information about the 3bdr 2.5bar I asked if there were anyway for me to view one the apartments that they have for showing, because who wants to give you their application fee and all the other fees w/o checking the place out? Especially with the reviews being so negative. I like to see for myself and be the judge of things from my own point of view....and with that being said I wouldn't...I couldn't no way, shape or fashion live in that place. After I was told that I couldn't see an apartment before I submit my application I decided to email the property mang. (Lennox property mang out of Memphis TN,).On yesterday I went by the complex to just ride and take a look from the outside and I stopped by the office and at the time the leasing consultant informed me that see was getting ready to call me and tell me that she had a 1 bedroom that I could view (even though I was looking for a 3 bedroom). I kind of knew what to expect once I walked the the leasing office and made contact with the leasing consultant. Your appearance says a lot when your working in such places. Low and be hold we walk around to the one bedroom apartment and as we walked the trash was everywhere, and as we walked into the stair case....I was convinced that the reviews from google are ABSOLUTELY TRUE!!!!!!!!! We had to knock down the spiderwebs as we enter into the stair case, there were spiders and the webs on the corners the hallways were nasty and smelly. As the leasing consultant opened the door to the apartment the strong musty odor of mildew made me choke, I had to place my shirt over my nose and mouth. My 14 year old daughter has asthma and was gagging from the odor. The bathroom was out dated it honestly looked like someone was playing a joke on me, and I was waiting for the crew to come out and tell me and my daughter that we were being PUNKED!!!!!!, the doors were falling off the hinges....It is shame that Lennox Property Management out of Memphis would even allow the viewing of such mess and then price this garbage at such prices. I'm not sure how often you make a trip to Madison to check on your property and if you've been in Madison lately. If so then shame on you as a business that should be proving hard working people with a decent place to live as they pay their hard earned money. People work hard and deserve better for their hard earned money!!!! I called Lennox Property Management after leaving the complex and shared with my experience and she was like Oh okay sorry to hear that................then pulsed for a few seconds and basically asked me what did I want her to do about it!!!! WOW!!! I explained to her that I was just sharing with her my experience as a potential resident, thinking this would help with some well needed improvements, starting with getting a more professional leasing consultant, and clean the place up as the grounds of the apartments were so nasty, the dumpsters where running over with trash, there was trash flying all over the property. The leasing consultant had an old subway napkin to blow under her feet as we walked to see the vacant apartment and she didn't even have the decency to pick it up which further let me as a potential resident that this is not a place where I would want to live. It's clear that not only does the leasing agent not care about the place....neither does the property manager LENNOX!!!!!!!!! This is something that channel 5 news would dig deep into and investigate........As a potential resident of Archwood Meadows....... Thanks but no thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!
