Avalon Alderwood was my home for nearly 3 years until I relocated. It is a safe, calm, family friendly community that accepts dogs. I stayed in the same unit for each renewal and was pleased with the quick turnaround for service requests such as new light bulbs. I enjoyed coming home as the space is relaxing with a therapeutic atmosphere. Melissa, the community manager, is extremely helpful, as well as Geoff who manages facilities. Everyone in the office is very kind and welcoming. Your search is made easy here.
As far as interior, the units are detailed, modern, and clean. Nice color paints to give variety in kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, etc. Parking options are covered carports, secured garage, and open assigned spaces. Security also monitors the premises after hours.
Great job with the maintenance! Next, day service. One of the best parts of living here.
Great place to live! Service team is really nice. Esmeralda, the service tech, is a very nice person, helped us to fix our laundry.
