Dear Applicants,

Thank you for considering Luray Village Apartments as a community you wish to live. We hope that you have had an opportunity to see the property and possibly a vacant unit prior to completion of this application. If you have not, we hope you will contact the office and consider making an appointment to take a tour.

Luray Village Apartments is an Affordable Housing Complex for disabled and/or those who are 62 or older. Please be advised that we do accept Section 8 Housing Vouchers.

As part of our application process, we are required to ask for some additional information to be attached to the application when you return it. This includes:

1. Social Security cards for EVERYONE listed on the application

2. Driver’s License for ALL adults listed on the application

3. Birth Certificates for ALL children listed on the application

4. A money order for $12.00 per adult (if you have two adults on the application you can do one money order for $24.00). This covers the credit/criminal report that we pull on ALL adults listed on the application. Make the money order out to Luray Village Apartments

Please be advised that the application is not considered complete until these additional documents are provided.
