Why dont you look elsewhere since you are having SO MUCH problems? That doesnt make sense to me then to come on here and leave a bad review as if you dont have the option to go somewhere else

I have applied and been approved. Ill be signing my lease soon. Note: I have not even moved in yet, and Ive already had more than enough issues. The tour of the renovated apartment they give is fine, and theyre happy to help up until youve submitted an application. I received different information from two employees there. One employee was making me doubt my application because my guarantor didnt make much, even though income does NOT matter, and they only look at credit score. I suggest only asking the manager (even though shes a headache to deal with also). Then, after I got approved, I received two different leases because they changed my duplex number. When I emailed the manager to receive some answers on questions I had, she was very rude about it. She didnt seem to want to answer them. She said that if I had so many concerns, I might want to rethink signing the lease. Since when are questions looked down upon? Im asking questions about the place Ill be moving into. Overall, these people seem to not enjoy their job, and hate providing customer service (which is a part of their job). Other reviews have said that they are always changing management and I see why. The owner seems to not have any luck finding good people for the positions. I would suggest not starting an application here and looking elsewhere.

I dont think Ive been able to take a shower without turning off the water to my toilet since I have lived here. And havent had a working ac or heater in 3+ months now. Never got my broken dish washer fixed since Ive been here. But I dont keep dishes in my sink at all, considering that my water pressure in my kitchen is so low. Not even much of a get what u pay for situation either, I would take my money elsewhere and will be doing so ASAP. Thanks Boston creek

It's really just the people that live in the apartment that might make it not a pleasant place to live. But that is anywhere you go! This place is horrible. Been trying to get established as a resident there for over 2 weeks and have not received any help from the people that are suppose to be there to show apartments. The pictures for their amenities look nothing like what they 'have available." They will give you a date to move in and then not give you a call, you will have to call them and make those arrangements yourself and even at that they will push your move in date farther. They do not keep their word. Management definitely needs to improve before they get any business. Not willing to accommodate anyone. If i could put zero stars I would. Everyone Is so disorganized I would not recommend wasting money on an application fee, or administration fee. They will take your money and not even call you to let you know you got approved. I had to call myself to get an answer. No kind of honesty here. This is not to be ugly but to ADVISE others to not waste money on something you will not receive. I'm in a very hard spot, trying to move quickly, and these were definitely a waste of time and expenses I could of used somewhere else for me and my family. I agree with all bad reviews. Courtney and management team were not helpful at all.
