They had MICE and lots of them , year round- had the issue from the month after I moved in and dealt with it...
They had MICE and lots of them , year round- had the issue from the month after I moved in and dealt with it up until I moved out, so many people moved out due to this problem & I WISH someone warned me prior to moving in!!! They sent me a Security Deposition Disposition of merely $5,000 with multiple incorrect fees and unnecessary fees asking for it to be paid in 14 days .... (LGE backcharge when I didnt live there anymore and LGE wasnt in my name, repair under kitchen sink that they so called noted before I moved in and wasnt suppose to be counted, replace TP holder that was there when I left, dry wall repairs that they also noted was there and needed to be fixed Day 1 that nobody ever got around to because they claimed they only had one maintence person to do all of the apartments even between their sister companies such as Hunter Runs and Austin Parks) A lot of the fees they charged me for they said initially on the day I got my keys that I wouldnt be charged for them and I DID! They are super unprofessional, I even spoke with the owner Peter and he said a lot of things would be fixed that werent, and every manager I spoke with said something different from the last. The worst rental housing Ive ever encountered. All they want is money, as much as they can get! Horrible. The best thing about the place was the alarm system. Nobody took issues seriously all all. Save yourself the headache.

The apartments look really nice but it's the management that is the problem. It would take forever just to try and get a hold of them. I went to the office once and it said they would be back around 2:30, but weren't even back until around 3. Then they tell us on the phone that we will be paying $1400 before we move in. At first we were ok with that but when we went to the office to pick up paper work, they changed it to $1925. They told us on the phone that the $1400 included the security deposit, but then told us that it didn't. And then they added on the $125 so they could hold the apartment for us until we move in. We turned them down after they changed the price. We were really upset because we like how they look and the neighborhood isn't bad either. But we were being told different prices each time we called or went to the office. Plus not being able to get a hold of them is inconvenient. Before we were approved, we had to wait a week to find out if we were. They didn't look us up by our social and instead used our name which made the process even longer. Then the guy who looks over to see if he can approve us or not took a day off. Really wish none of this had happened to us but oh well. We'll be looking somewhere else.
