DO NOT GO HERE! Went to look at apt a week ago and was given a price of $1076 for a two bedroom. Sales rep (Marco) showing apt mentioned if I signed a week ago I could have got the apt for $930. He said promos change every Tuesday and he would mention to management if they offer the $930 than he has someone ready to sign lease and to call on Tuesday. Called Tuesday, Wednesday and was told promo had not changed but to continue calling back. Called Thursday and was offered a two bedroom on first floor for $955 and I could move in the next day (as in apt was ready) as long as I signed that day. Went to apt and asked to see the actually apt I was moving into. Marco asked me to fill out credit app, which I started and he would show apt in few minutes. About 10 min later I asked to see apt again, once again I was told a few more minutes. Finally credit app asked for my credit card for application fees. At this point I told Marco I do not fill comfortable give my cc info until I saw the apt. Marco took me to the apt and it was no where near ready. Carpet was bad, needed fresh paint and the closet racks were torn out of wall. Marco said lets sign the contract at $955, he would management update apt to all hardwood floors, paint the full apt and fix closet racks. Move in date was set for the following Friday. We went back to office and I completed credit app and paid $205. I was told the security deposit would only be $150 before I filled out credit app and they came back after I paid the application fee and said it would be $550. I have "A" credit score. I even looked at my credit score while sitting at the apartments. They could not give me a reason for increase in deposit but it was fully refundable so I agreed to pay it. Next the contract came up on the computer and it stated $1076, the original price. Marco told me to wait til later that night, sign in my computer and he would have management update the pricing. Nothing was done that night, nothing was done the next morning. I called the apt and they said they were still waiting on property manager (Donald) to update pricing. I got a call at 4pm from Marco going in circles saying they could only do the $1076 pricing but would give me a $1000 concession, $1076 - $955 is $121x 12 months is $1,452 minus the $1000 concession is a additional $452, which is additional $37.67 per month. I told them I wanted to talk to property manager. Donald got on phone and said he would escalate it to corporate. Donald just called me back and said corporate will not honor the original pricing. Plus he couldn't simply cancel the $205 application fee (even though it has not went through on my card) and has to mail me a check.
