Very good experience here. Agent Vanessa helped me a lot during my application; she is a lovely person and professional agent. Everything went smoothly. I've been here for over a month now and it's been great; even though I was worried about the safety of the ground floor since this place is close to downtown, nothing bad happened till now. The front desk staff are always accommodating and friendly, leasing manager AJ Ledesma helped me a lot with the online account setting during my move-in date. Thank you so much for your kindly help. Highly recommend sakura crossing for everyone.

I've been living here for several years and I love it. The staff is super nice and if you need anything fixed, it's done quickly. Love the 24 hour gym. The clubhouse and terrace are great. My GF and I like to BBQ up there and eat looking at that amazing view of DTLA. Always clean. Always safe.

Kenneth made a potentially complicated application process so easy and enjoyable. We moved in on short notice but Sakuras team was ready to help us along the process and did so efficiently and with kindness. We have had lots of bad apartment experiences the past two years (rats, bad management, breach of peace) and finding Sakura felt like a miracle. The one apartment we never had an issue with before was an Equity Residential property so we decided to come back to another Equity property, and were so glad we did. All the staff is friendly and accessible, weve found communication easy. We had minor appliance issues that were quickly addressed and solved. Staff always greets you and is professional. They also always have someone in the lobby or on property, which makes me feel safe. Amenities are top notch and the location is so convenient. We love it so far!

Really nice building and amenities. The apartments have good appliances and storage, which is a major plus. I love the location and proximity to restaurants and shops. The office staff is very communicative and helpful, particularly Becky who has been very nice and helpful whenever I had questions.

Room was affordable, spacious, and incredible clean. Great location. Can't thank her and the whole team enough for helping me find and settle into this place!
