This place is amazing! Ive lived in many apartment complexes on Long Island and this complex is easily the best one out there! Its brand new and is extremely clean. The maintenance staff is absolutely amazing. Like any complex there are going to be some issues and complaints but the things people are complaining about should not deter you from living here. Ive lived here for a year now and will be renewing for another year. Yes, there were some issues with kids trespassing but Avalon responded the very next day and got a security guard. I feel very safe here and the residents here are very kind! I highly recommend living here

Harbor Isle is an amazing development for anyone that wants to live near the water in a safe and beautiful environment. We absolutely love living in this community. The grounds and apartments are all well kept by a fantastic Maintenance Crew. Alex, Jose, and Andy from Maintenance are an absolute asset to Harbor Isle. They are always available to assist all of the residents with a smile on their face. There is no problem they cant solve. We are so grateful for all they do for the community. Thank you Harbor Isle for hiring such an incredible team that makes our living experience so wonderful. Without question, Harbor Isle an extra special place. I highly recommend this community for anyone looking for a beautiful and peaceful living arrangement near the water.
