Staff is absolutely horrible. Make sure you know your lease inside and out because the staff will tell you something way different from your lease and then charge you later on because its in your lease. I was charged month-to-month for 2 months when I was told I wouldnt. And I wasnt even billed until after I moved out. Very bad communication skills on their part. Make sure you get everything in writing. I enjoyed my stay but the staff was terrible and lazy.

I'm a new tenant. Coming from the Hamburg area, it was difficult to sleep in refreshing silence. I barely hear any noises outside from passing tenants walking by. There us zero road noise. Parking is convent as is the ground level entryway. Management and staff have been very friendly. The apartment was clean upon arrival, the carpets looked new, zero and zero odor. The size if the apartment is very nice. I have plenty of storage in hehe laundry room including room to walk around my washer and dryer (I provided ). The kitchen is nice. Plumping works properly. Anything needed I was provided promptly. A light blew out on the range hood. The maintenance guy was on site and had a fresh one to me in seconds. This place is quiet. I actually left my rear hatch open all night with a vacumn and shirts in plain site and nobody touched it...not even the hatch. Just left it be. That says a lot in my book. Plenty of green space, walking area, bicycling aces to man o war blvd, Palomar Center. Walk to Malones, shopping, etc. Convenient to airport. Highly recommended. Across the street from Dunbar High School and next to Palomar Baptist Church.
