If I could give LESS THAN ONE STAR I WOULD. I'M almost sure this place is ran by low ranking witches. However I stayed here for two weeks, here's how it went. Oh yeah, they have a STRICT NO REFUND POLICY (and here is why). First night I found myself being an exterminator because roaches were coming out of ever crevice in the room. The following day I purchased a can of RAID, to make things easier on myself. The people living in this motel seem to LIVE HERE PERMANENTLY. Perhaps the Government is giving them vouchers to live here. Unfortunately they are a seedy, Grass Roots bunch. Non stop cigarette smoking, of the crystal meth, crackhead persuasion. Constant hanging out on the balcony. As if they are waiting to rob you. It's honestly a zombie motel. Gates are all broken so people can wonder in off the streets and hang out. Folks Wondering around all night knocking on your motel door at all times of the night. Constant banging on the walls and screaming/yelling and extremely loud car music throughout this place. For some reason EVERY morning when I woke up the water was Turned OFF, then five minutes later the sinks and toilet we're working again. As if they were watching me in my room. Very Creepy. Then my shower only gave lukewarm water, while water in sinks were very hot. Toilet handle fell off as I flushed the toilet one night due to corrosion. WOW! There is a first time for everything. So I had to flush toilet by reaching my hand inside the camode and pulling the chain up. Super GHETTO. I wish I were lying. But this is the worst motel I have ever patronized. When people walk by on balcony your entire room will shake like riding on a freight train and the entire building shakes simply due to strong winds. Very unsettling. Of course I complained. I even asked for ANOTHER room and was told there would be a $250 dollar MOVING FEE! To change my room...smh. NEVER experienced such unprofessionalism. Just sad. DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL CHAIN. SPEND A LITTLE EXTRA MONEY IF YOU CAN AND DO EXTENDED STAY AMERICA OR SOME REPUTABLE PLACE.

Ive posted several photos on here, and in fact I typed a longer detailed review that was somehow (mysteriously) deleted Very low-quality place to stay, and in fact Im moving out today because I would rather sleep in my car and shower at the gym than continue staying here. It was messy/dirty when I moved in and the staff was unprofessional when I brought it up. Very trashy quality of human beings in this entire area and Ive said this for years: certain neighborhoods in this country should be napalmed and destroyed. We need something like the purge to eliminate the lower income people. But also, I guess this is what I get for not handling my business in life and falling into such financial struggle.

I have no idea why a homeless Van is parked in the parking lot I will gladly change this review when they actually do...

I have no idea why a homeless Van is parked in the parking lot I will gladly change this review when they actually do something about complaints of crazy people sleeping in the parking lot and yelling at people who actually live here. Big problem with homeless people making trouble for residences. I hope management will recognize this problem and use the security to do their job of keeping this place safe.

I lived there for over a year and besides a little police activity once in a while it was an all around comfortable place to live. Most of the tenants knew or knew of one another and during tough times we all looked out for each other including Ivy the manager at the time he was firm but would do what he could if he heard a family needed something like food or a jumpstart etc. So I happen to get a call to help a resident there with car problems the other day, well about 2 seconds after I arrive here comes the new manager and he says to the 2 of us we cant be outside of the tenants door, "you all cant be out here gathering like this" so you have to stay in your apt ? We have to ask permission to go outside? Needless to say things got a little heated and this jerk actually pushes me and tells me how hes going to kick my ass ! Really Siegal Group ? This is acceptable from one of your prooerty managers a so called professional ? Im sure you have heard of background checks right ? Oh you just dont use them when hiring management ? This guy is a ticking time bomb who doesnt have the ability to hold his own temper back and has proven with me that hes willing to physically harm someone. Im appalled by the behavior of this dirtbag and something needs to be done about his unacceptable ethics before he really hurts somebody or a child. STAY AWAY FROM 600 E.BONANZA RD UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED BY THE MANAGER ! SINCERELY; JEFFREY L BUCK

I just went to look at this place as a last minute housing option. I asked the guy if siegel suites is still making you sign that you plan on making them your home for the next 30 days. He assured me on the phone that he in his words would never make me sign something like that and then again upon arrival reassured me again by saying this was something they used to do. So i saw the two units they had seemed like nice people i was ready to go and then that is when he showed me that i would have to make it my home for 30 days and said he could not process my paper work without me signing i would have been ok with this but it was more than i could afford long term and i wanted to find an apartment. Plus he stright out lied to me three different times after i asked him specifically about that. I have herd from others they will slap an eviction on you if you dont stay 30 days
