Ask for Laura she is very professional, empathetic and overall a awesome leasing agent. Been living here for a little less than 2 months, so far so good . All my minor repairs are handled quickly.

Laura F. was awesome! She accommodated everything I needed. The only thing that has not been met is I have no wheelchair access to the apartment. But, it's being taken care of. After moving in on July 6, all minor repairs were quickly taken care of.

I just moved here on the 28 of June and I'm taking the time to write this to see If someone actually responds to the bad reviews. I've been reporting to the office that one of my AC units is not working, I wake up sweating every day an I'm tired of been nice no one cares about anything but they are prioritizing the new apartments with new ac units but since I already signed the contract so I don't count? The only outlet in the bathroom was not working, maintenance came and left it the same way " said ill be back" im still waiting, i ended up fixing it, the guy crossed the cables. Thats your maintenance people? This is not the way apartment complex should be running. But you wanna buy people's reviews buy giving them gift cards please. Thy cut your water with out notice already twice in four days, what else is gonna happen en the next year? Fix your personal then you can start fixing your issues.

Moved in six months ago everything was nice until my apartment became infested with bed bugs coming for the apartment next to me. They came and sprayed one time they were suppose to follow up with two more treatments but that never happened. There office staff always had the wrong information and tried to dissmiss the problem. Now it's at the point where I've gotten my lawyers involved so I can break my lease. Hampton count it's by far the worst place I've stayed if you'd like bed bug bite it's the place for you.

I love this place is close to everything, and is really nice Laura gave a very nice apartament, my only concern is the swimming pool that suppose to be open by the 18 of may of 2018 and it hasn't open yet, I need the pool, I gave 5 stars cause of the service and overall the place is nice but the pool is what is killing me right now

I'm living here right now and paying for an apartment for 800 dollars for 2 bedrooms with utilities included except for the electric and cable.. You really can't beat it. But, for paying that much the apartment could've been a little bit more cleaned up. I've been here for almost 2 weeks now. It seemed like as soon as I got here everything was fine. But as soon as that week kicked in I've been noticing a lot more things that are wrong with the place.ive been finding nails everywhere inside and outside of the place. The water takes forever to go down at least a good 10. A lot of crime here, the gate stays open all hours of the night and it doesn't seem to secured. I had a few things stolen right outside of my door, my ashtray and a few other things. Cigarette butts everywhere. I smoke but input my butts out and put them in the trash can. The paint on the walls shed like crazy. Its 50/50 with this place to be honest. The area is not the best at all with the location. It is extremely ghetto! Lol not trying to sound racist but it is ghetto. With the exception of everything else it is a nice apartment complex to an extent. Laura was the lady who was working with my sister and I she was really awesome and took us under her wing when we needed a home immediately. I hate to complain but I mainly came on here to see if pros and cons matched up to any of the reviews and they somewhat did. I guess you get what you pay for nowadays.

Completely new and renovated, beautiful for family and single situations. I moved here in my retired years. Formerly of Milw Wisc, I was ported here via Hud Vash VA. I met the administrative staff, all intelligent and beautiful ladies. After being an entertainment Chef Phil Jones for the past 30 years. The representative that handle my paper work and move in situation, a very beautiful lady by the name Laura Factor, she was professional, courteous, persistent as well as adamant about my move in situation, not too mention beautiful, omg. Lol where do I sign, thanks Ms Laura Factor, really really appreciate you for life. I was so impressed with the ground and pools, and all the other amenities, shopping malls in the area. As well as being right on the strip. Hampton Court apts staff and team, I respect you, I applaud you, and I thank you, I've since had other family members apply and live here, all bcuz of the staff and management here, and Ms Laura Factor. Good job young lady and thanks. You are to be applauded and commended Laura Factor. Sincerely, Chef Phil Jones.

This place has become trash since being bought out by Westland. Our roof leaked in the beginning of January from rain and to this day it is STILL not repaired. We have requested maintenance multiple times, including taking entire days off of work on 3 different occasions they promised to be there and they still have not shown up to repair the problem. If you call corporate, they transfer you back to the on-site manager, Kim, who is extremely rude and condescending in every conversation we've had. All I've received from her are excuses for why my roof is still not repaired and attitude. Also as another review stated, they were definitely bribing residents to leave 4/5 star reviews in exchange for Starbucks gift cards.

I have been here a little less than 2mths and so far so good..My leasing agent Laura is a wonderful and helpful person..They have installed security gates and upgrading the property...which is nice...I have nice neighbors that pretty much stay to themselves .which I luv..This property is on the come up...Affordable..and very accessible to the strip..

Westland Apartments is a company based in California which buys up rental properties in Las Vegas, raises the rent and uses any excuse to charge a fee. I've heard from people who have moved out that they received a bill of $400 or MORE after they left. It's not worth it.

When calling the service that answers calls, you have to press a prompt on your phone for ENGLISH!!!! Ghetto!!! If they would get their act together, it might be, would be a lot better. You get what you pay for, but pay a little more and get better than this.

0 stars PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE I lived at this property since June 2013. It changed management multiple times. Effective March 2017 Westland Real Estate apparently is the new management company. My lease expired the end of April 2017. After chasing the office staff for over a month regarding a WRITTEN lease and WRITTEN rental agreement amount I was never able to get anything in writing from them. The office staff kept referring to corporate and kept putting me off regarding a WRITTEN lease. I had no choice but to move. I turned my keys in May 1 2017. I received some sort of bill from the management company stating I owe them for damages: $200cleaning, $400painting, $120trash out. Luckily I took pictures of the apartment before I moved and I had 2 neighbors sign a form indicating the condition of the apartment. This property is also PLAGUED BY SQUATTERS AND BED BUGS. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE WESTLAND REAL ESTATE YOUR $$

This place is GARBAGE. If you're looking at this place its probably because they don't run a credit check, believe me look else where, even shelter island is better than this hellhole! This place is literally hazardous and I can't wait until action 13 news gets involved.
