Decent looking on the outside.
The Parking lot has way to many pot holes.
The apartment was okay but they would drag their feet on work orders. And I am currently fighting to get my security deposit back...

I try calling them and all they say is they have nothing to do the leasing office, and you can only contact the leasing office through snail mail. Now they won't even take my calls.

I was told I owed $400 and I asked for a reason why, I was told I had to request it via mail. After sending it in I still hadn't heard anything almost a month later, eventually called them and got it sent out.
Now I'm on my 2nd lease and THEY mistook one payment for a different thing and are now suing me for missing a months rent that I never missed. Already took care of THEIR mistake but now I still have to pay court fees. Talked to the lawyer directly and she was very rude and eventually hung up on me when I asked why she was giving me an attitude.
Good luck getting a call back from anyone about anything.
The day I first looked at one of these apartments should've been a sign to me, the leasing office closed early (often) and they weren't there to show me the apartment. Should've never looked back.
