The office at Kipling townhomes do not cooperate well with the people living here. I called the office when the AC was broken and they keep delaying it every week and dont find other ways to fix it sooner. This problem has gone on for over a month now and they still havent fixed it. Everyday and night my family and I are always feeling uncomfortable due to the extreme heat in the summer and have trouble sleeping at night. I really wish that the office can cooperate more and fix issues as soon as possible so families here are comfortable in their homes.

This place is the worst place to live. I rented the place for 1 year and found out from one of my neighbors I was paying more for my place then she was for hers it was the same amount of rooms and same layout. The management changed while I was there and the new manager is the rudest lady I've ever met. The area is not we'll maintained the trash was over flowing and had mice. My refrigerator broke and it took them 2weeks to replace it my family and I were living out of coolers. When we moved out I cleaned the place from top to bottom and they still kept my deposit. I would give this place a zero stars but there is no way to do that. Never rent from this company.

If i could give this place zero stars i would! Myra the leasing agent is very rude! She has been rude since she got the job a year ago. Thats one of the main reasons my family left her snarky comments are ridiculous! The place is disgusting the trash was always overfiling. Our specific apartment had more than 1 wasp nest in the vent that was never taken care of or removed! Our nextdoor neighbors were drug dealers. We would get random knocks on our door around 3am when people were lookin for them. The kids at the place just run amuck not a single parent goes outside with there children when they are at the playground. I dont recommend anyone moving here.

Nice affordable place to live. The reason people park in the street is because the townhomes have a strict two car policy and if you dont have a sticker on your car, the car will get towed. They are not SUPER DUPER nice but they are nice :) great for small families. Lots of kids running wrong. The two bedroom is perfect for my small family

We have only been here for two months but we absolutely love it here! The space is perfect for a young couple like us and the area is not bad at all. In fact, I've had less trouble here than I did when I lived over in Littleton/Lakewood. I highly recommend this place!

I live across the street from these apartments. The people who rent these apartments are disrespectful of all the other neighbors in the neighborhood. There is a parking lot in the back of the complex, yet somehow the tenants refuse to use it so the street is very crowded with cars. This place is noisy, dirty, and attracts the lowest form of renters.
To comfortably afford an apartment, we recommend having at least three times your monthy rent in gross household income.
