My Grandma lives in one of these apartments they suck and they are infested with roaches and when my grandma first moved in the drawers were broken and the cutting board was all jacked up and it's a really big disease hazard because roaches carry all types of diseases and parents and children can be killed or get really sick and their pool isn't well kept up either SO IM WARNING YOU BEFORE MOVING IN !!!!!

Regardless of whether or not this review gets posted, I'm calling corporate. The current apartment manager Lupe, is completely unprofessional and messy. She is currently sleeping, yes having sex, with tenants. I didn't know that when renting an apartment from here it involved the "manager's special". Her demeanor is sneaky, she lies, and is conniving. If she paid as much attention to correctly running these apartments as she does to sleeping with the tenants, this could actually be a nice place to live. I don't advise renting from here, or at least while she is managing this location. They need to do a complete overhaul of the onsite management, so that this place can be run as a legitimate rental facility.

Where should I start? If I could give this place negative stars, that would be generous. My family and I have been here about a year and a half, and at first, things were good. The previous property manager, was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, personable, but most importantly, she got things done around the complex. Unfortunately, she left and someone else was brought in. Things have fallen apart since then. Some of the unsatisfactory changes include: -Roach infection -Poor management -Dirty pool and dog runs -Cigarette butts in the children's playground area -Poor upkeep of the property (just to name a few) -Slapping paint on the BBQ pits and calling it clean When you need something done or fixed, don't count on management to return your calls or respond to your requests. We needed a single light bulb changed in our kitchen, so we submitted a maintenance request online and called the leasing office to follow up. One month later, they finally came to change the light bulb ONLY after I called and left and angry voicemail. If it's not an emergency, don't expect management or maintenance to come running. Another fun fact: one of the laundry rooms was broken into a couple months ago leaving broken glass all over the floor, and nothing was done about it. As a matter of fact, I think the broken window still has not been replaced. My husband is constantly purging and cleaning our apartment: bleaching the floors, washing our clothes constantly, mopping, etc. yet, there is an infestion in our apartment. Our apartment has been fumigated twice since we've been here, but the bugs keep coming back. I shouldn't have to hire someone to spray my apartment, but it's getting to the point where I might consider. Also, my husband's car was just keyed today and I'm pretty sure management has an idea who it was. The new woman brought on to be the new manager is very unprofessional, doesn't know what she's doing, and is rarely available via phone or physically in the office. The previous manager would send follow up texts and emails, and she would always be in the office if residents had issues. My car has also been randomly vandalized and management has done nothing about it. Our kids do not run around the complex like some of the other kids around here, we are not loud, and pretty much keep to ourselves, yet it seems that certain neighbors are allowing to do anything they want with no consequence or warning from management. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone unless you want your car vandalized, roaches crawling all over your apartment, and poorly maintained amenties.
