So so many things wrong with this place and NOTHING ever got fixed! Walls are full of roaches and ants.. we couldnt even stay a year our kids kept getting sick from all the hidden mold.. bathroom fan didnt work from day one and they never fixed it so mold would grow in the bathroom because there was no ventilation. Walls and floors are all worped and feel like you could fall right threw them. Worst of all our tub was disgusting! We told them days a after we moved in that the tub needed to be replaced it was patched and painted...?! Before we moved in so everytime we cleaned it paint would come off and show more damage and stick to your skin.. i told the manager several time she said someone from upper managment would come look at it and would have to approve the replacment but no one ever came over several months i told 3 different mantanince men and still nothing was done 7 months went by and not a word about it.. we left because the tub ended up getting a crack where they had patched it previously and history showed us they wouldnt fix it... we left before our lease was up we just couldnt take it anymore.... please people for the love of yourself or your family do not move into this sad discusting excuse of a complex

I lived here three years and it became my favorite apartment in Lakeland. The same management has been in place over 8 years and they are dedicated to creating a safe and we'll maintained complex. The location is excellent, too, easy access to downtown, to parks for hiking, and shopping. There is even a paved walking path inside the complex. Great value with responsive management!

Worst apartment ever, the maintenance crew did a crappy job on all repairs, my floors creeked and I was asked to not return because my schizophrenia symptoms caused me to paced. The neighbors were always screaming about something stupid. Staying at this apartment was the most traumatic experience I've ever had

This is the worst apartment I have ever had me & my boyfriend needed something to move in right away so we chose here worst mistake of our lives first off our floor in our living room & bathroom was coming up they came to look at it but never came back to fix it we had a leak under the bathroom sink it took them two tries to fix that our apartment had ants in it even though the guy came every week that didn't help we try to in bomb the place that didn't work either smdh we had a baby & decided to move out because our baby couldn't live in that infested apartment never again they saying we owe them 3000 something but they will never get that up out of us sorry they need to be shut down
