It seems to be a great community, not too big as other ones and with really premium apartments. A bit far from almost everything, but besides that (and if you work in the region) it's worth giving it a shot and taking a look.

Do not let the fancy decor fool you.....these apartments are awful! For the price I am paying ($2000/mo for 3bd), I expect well-constructed units, respectful neighbors, and a professional management team. Whether you are an upper or lower unit, you will hear every step, every conversation, every flushing of the toilet, and every closing door in your neighbors apartment. The walls are so thin. It is apartment living so some noise is to be expected but I have lived in way cheaper apartments that are quieter than these. Then there is the neighbors. Most in the neighborhood are middle aged and keep to themselves. There is however quite a frequent (daily) occurrence of loud music throughout the complex. My final issue is with the management (Gayle and Lisa)......they are more than happy to be accommodating and kind.....that is until they get your signature on the lease. We have had an issue with a neighbor's music thudding through our apartment all day, every day since the day we moved in. I am talking music and bass loud enough to shake the pictures on my wall. The management teams initial response "we aren't going to tell somebody to turn their music down." They apparently are unaware of the fact that the lease says other lessees music shall not disturb others in the community. It took 10 more noise complaints and a request for contact information for the supervisor of the management team to illicit any additional response. I could write for days about the lack of professionalism from this team (lack of response, yelling at us, general rudeness). The people who lived in my unit prior to me only stayed three months......I wonder why! Consider yourself warned!!!
