As you enter, you are welcomed into the ground floor foyer. The first floor of the home offers a full bathroom and a guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Upstairs you are welcomed by the stunning hardwood floors that guide you to the sleeping quarters. The first bedroom offers a pyramid bunk bed with a twin over a full bed, as well as a twin trundle. There is a television and attached jack and jill bathroom for added convenience. A second guest bedroom shares access to the jack and jill bathroom and is furnished with a queen-sized bed. The queen guest room also has a private deck that provides a glimpse of the ocean. Across the hallway you will find the primary bedroom complete with a en-suite bathroom that features dual sinks and a walk-in shower stall. The top floor of this home is accented by wood floors and spacious floor plan. An open concept living room makes a wonderful gathering space and flows to the kitchen and dining area. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a large pantry to store all your groceries, and everything you need to make your favorite meals. There is a deck off the dining area with a cozy outdoor sofa that overlooks the ocean. There is also a half bathroom and laundry room with full sized washer and dryer for added convenience. This property has been equipped with an elevator in the past, however, it is not yet compliant with Weston’s Law and therefore has been disabled.
