Monthly rentals are available between November 10, 2025 - February 2, 2026 only. This rate does not apply to October 2026 - April 2027 rental.
This property is primarily a vacation rental, and availability is subject to change as vacation rental bookings are made. The listing is updated weekly to reflect current availability. Vacation rental homes only accept monthly bookings from September to May; summer and peak season dates are excluded from monthly rentals.
STAY REQUIREMENTS:
The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt.
FEES:
Please note that the published monthly rate does not include refundable security deposits, taxes, linens, travel/renters’ insurance, or any other applicable and optional fees. Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet.
RATES & PAYMENTS:
Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply.
QUALIFICATIONS:
All applicants and occupants aged 18 or older must complete an application for the group to be processed. Lease holder(s) must qualify independently without a co-signer in order to be approved. No Students.

DESCRIPTION:
Enjoy expansive views from this top floor condo in the popular Ocean Dunes in Kure Beach. You will love the bamboo wood floors, stainless steel kitchen & appliances including coffee maker and Keurig, and upscale furniture, all highlighted from the natural light that comes in from the sliding glass doors that lead out to the deck. The living room includes a comfy Queen size sleeper sofa, a large flat screen TV, and a desk. The primary bedroom has a Queen size bed with a large flat screen TV, a closet, and an en suite full bath with walk in shower. The second bedroom has two Twin beds along with a large flat screen TV, and closet. The second bath is located in the hallway and also includes a tub and shower. The deck has plenty of seating with captains chairs, bar height tables and a dining table.
*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events.
