Apartment complex is super clean and well taken care of. The pool, workout center, and dog park are all great additions. Located in a peaceful area with quick access to any local need. My favorite part about the complex was the pool having a built in seat along half of the perimeter. It was a great way to get in the water and relax. I felt like I was on vacation the whole time I stayed there.

This is my 5th year renewing the lease at the Enclave of Hardin Valley and I have been very happy living here. The neighbors and maintenance crew are good and friendly, children friendly neighborhood, excellent views of Cumberland mountains. Lisa and Terry has been very helpful on several issues starting from taking care of parcels and certain critical issues which came up. It is 5 min walk from Mikata Japanese Restaurant and 10 min from Pellissippi College where I get my shuttle to ORNL, 20 min drive to ORNL, 12 min to Turkey Creek, and 5/15 min to Food City/Trader Joe's (grocery). The grounds are well maintained. The few complaints I have are, even after living here for 5 years there is no concession on rent or lease terms. Also the floors and walls are not noise-proof.

I love Enclave of Hardin Valley...it has been my peaceful place! I work until 1:00 AM and love that the parking area and hallway to my apartment is so well lit. I have lived at the Enclave for only 9 months, but have seen maintenance staff power washing and sweeping the hallways on several occasions within that time period. Not only is the maintenance staff quick responders they never fail to offer a friendly wave. Terry and Jamie; office staff has been awesome, they are always so helpful and friendly and never fleet from my Grandbaby stories. The day I moved in was the worst weather wise, but it was so nice to arrive to a apartment that was clean and free from issues. I was scrambling between two jobs to get to utility offices to set up my new accounts, Terry said, "don't worry about it dear the power is on for you, get there when you can." I will eventually move closer to my family, but until then Enclave will be home. Thank you for my peaceful place!

The apartments at the Enclave are nice apartments. However, I would never rent from them agin. The management treated me very rude for paying my rent late one time during the duration of my 12 month lease. If you find time please review the video I posted on youtube regarding an exchange I had with an employee of the complex entitled, "The Enclave of Hardin Valley-My Experience" please watch the whole video and judge for yourself if this is a place you would consider living. This is in no way a discouragement from you choosing to live there but merely a video recording of my experience.

Such a nice place to live! It is close to the schools and Turkey Creek. We have a stop light at the entrance, so it is a lot easier to get out on to main road during the school rush. The lawns and trees are always kept up, and it it gorgeous with the surrounding trees behind the complex. The office staff is amazing. Any time we need something, it is done immediately. They are very responsive, and if you have to leave a message, they are quick to respond. I usually email with any maintenance requests, which is easier for me. They have saltwater pools, that are really nice and our kids love it!

The staff at the Enclave was wonderful accommodating my quick move-in. They are always responsive, including their maintenance team. The place is clean, quiet, and a great location in Knox. I would stay here if I didn't have to move for a job.

I love the location of the Enclave. It's convenient to Oak Ridge, I-40, and I-75. You can get anywhere locally fast from here! I love the floor plan of my apartment. It is just perfect and meets the needs for our family. They are adding new restaurants and businesses to the area which is very nice! The amenities here are wonderful. We have two pools and a playground for kids, and charcoal grills. We also have a fitness center, pool table and very nice office area. They offer recycling and trash collection bins. The grounds are always nicely pruned. The sidewalks are nice for a good stroll around the community. I have always requested my maintenance (i.e. light bulb replacement) through their website. They have always been prompt about responding. If I feel something was accidentally looked over, I will email Lisa (community manager), and she is quick to look into and resolve the issue. The office staff, Jamie, Terry, and Lisa, will do anything to assist you. I encourage you to come out and see what the Enclave is all about! I do love the free chapstick in the basket by the door when you go in the office. Be sure to pick up some when you come visit!

The apartments are really nice.... However the walls a paper thin. You can hear your neighbors tv and yelling all the time. The apartment...

The apartments are really nice.... However the walls a paper thin. You can hear your neighbors tv and yelling all the time. The apartment maintenance will put you off and put you off if you need something fixed at your apartment. It took them a month to show up at our apartment and at least 5 phone calls and they only fixed 1 of the 3 problems. Over half the time you call they do not answer the phone even if you call multiple times in a row. Nice apartments but the office staff is slacking big time.
