Washing Machine and dryer are located in the garage. Stainless steel appliances include refrigerator, electric range, microwave and dishwasher. A one year lease is required. Pets are considered with owner approval and will require pet insurance and a pet deposit equal to half of one month's rent. Landlord covers landscaping service. Tenant is responsible for electricity, water ($100 per month), cable/wifi, trash and pest control. All adults 18+ years old must submit a non-refundable $35 rental application.
