Nice community. Office staff may take you through a process but I feel its for a good reason. You can tell they care and not going to just let anyone live here regardless to it being affordable. Love my building nice variety of people and feel very safe and secure. I can definitely tell they are taking it seriously about who they rent to. Which is great for everyone and it has been absolutely clean and caring neighbors. Love how its a great amount of elderly as most importantly they are always great and nice to be around! Great its not so many kids which I was kind of thinking. Overall its nice and definitely fits my budget happy to be apart of the community and feel great about my surroundings! Very happy new resident so far!

I'm thinking about putting a application in next year. I heard there a income based apartments. I like that I get social security disability and taking small percentages for rent will help alot for me plus it close to stores I like and on bus line too
