Ive been living here since December and absolutely love it. Theresa is an absolute gem. She is happy, communicative, respectful and responsible, she makes everything a breeze and is always happy to help you. Moving from Australia everything was new to me so I was asking a lot of questions. Nothing was too much trouble. Maintenance has always been quick and easy aswell responding in a timely manner to any requests. Apartments are in a great spot with top class schools, lots of grocery store options, near to Kemah boardwalk and restaurants and bars galore. Safe gated community where kids enjoy playing safely outside, no issues with Neighbors or security, lots of parking for guests and pool and gym are beautiful facilities.
