Where to begin..... parking is horrible good luck finding a spot after 7pm. The building is infested with mice I caught one the first month I moved in another the next month and I just found more droppings. Also good luck getting a hold of the building manager Corey she never returns calls their policy if you have a problem is just ignore you till the problem goes away.
No security cameras anywhere on the property. Packages get stolen cars get damaged. They don't care about it. Parking is bad and you're right...

You don't pay for heat, because you can't regulate it, and it gets hot as hell 1 good thing, the superintendent keeps the property clean . The people that gave this place 5 stars don't live here

Place is run down no good management system after our Great super died the up keep has not been the same. Alot of section 8 pp and before no pets were allowed now it's a dog scenery in this building . In addition, when you have problems within the apartment issues are not addressed. No super on premises...they need better upkeep need camera in the building yes camera for the amount of money the ones who pay.alot of section 8. People.The whole team needs to be restructure...they don't care about your safety only to get their big rent.what they promise you is a big lie.and apartments are noisy and management don't take pride in whomever they rent. Hallways always dirty..lobby is a mess yes the front of the Building snd when you enter. Mot to mentioned the garbage room.Also mice in the building be ware!!!Sad.
