The pool is never open, its an perk in which Im paying for. Apartments without pools are cheaper. Right? The maintenance men are slobs. They came over no less than 4 times to fix one leak. Management leaves notes on the door to notify when theyll be in my apartment for repairs, they dont arrive on that day. They show up when they feel like it. They leave toilet garbage. Left a flippin used wax ring in my bathtub, casing from a new wax ring in the floor a matter of inches from a trashcan. Used MY toilet paper to clean up after themselves, left a huge dirty thumb print on said roll of toilet paper, which I pulled from the closet that very morning. So their repairs are costing me time and money because Im having to replace what was used and clean up after them. I left a message at the office, no one called back. No one apologized for said behaviors. Tiffany is a rude troll and so is the goon with a gheri curl. Neighboors are potheads. All they do is smoke, play music and yell at children. Made complaints to management, might as well have been talking to a brick wall. They ask that contact them instead of the police, Im over it. The next time Im calling it in. I renewed my lease because of family matters and didnt have time to look for a new place, long story but probably one of the biggest headaches ever dealing with these rude expletives.

I just moved in a few months ago, and I do not understand personally why the reviews are so negative about this place. But it may be just because I am new. Anyway, I referred a friend and they said they were not interested due to the reviews. I don't get it. The only issue I ever had (so far) is there were minor things that weren't fully complete when I moved in, which is understandable. After I turned in my list of things that needed to be done the office staff notified maintenance and they got the issues resolved in a timely matter. I have never had a bad experience with the office staff. (I've been here for about 5months) They were friendly right from the start. Alyssa (I believe she is about as new as I am) was super friendly and made me feel confrontable my first time on property, when I was touring a unit. I then had Tiffany (who has mean comments about her) when I was doing my move-in, she was very helpful and answered every question I had. I haven't spoken with the Manager, but with the office staff she has, I am sure she is just as approachable. To sum up my review, I will say don't take these reviews seriously. Some of them are from the past (so it seems), and some seem like they were made out of spite. (I don't know this for certain, Just from my personal experience) Either way I say come see the apartments/staff yourself.

There's feces everywhere in the breezeway...note this is the 11th time this back up has occured. Forget calling maintenance; they're as incompetent as the office staff.

I put in a maintenance request 6 weeks ago and no one has yet to come. I called the office and the lady says she's showing it's been completed already. So this shows the maintenance staff are obvious incompetent liars and tell the office staff they've fixed things when they haven't. The main drain line has backed up over and over again and the whole building and my apartment smells like sewage. When they "fix" it they just leave the feces and waste water with no attempt to clean it up. There's no communication whatsoever nor do they give a s***. It's beyond me that the staff is actually getting paid to do NOTHING!!!
