Not to discount other reviews, but I think it's a known fact that generally, reviewers only express their dissatisfaction. I truly feel the need to counter this, and I will as concisely as possible.
To begin, I had a credit issue. The agent that showed me this space was extremely understanding and went out of her way to help me resolve it. I'm positive she could have easily rented it within a week, but she was patient and got me into a space that i love.
On a Friday at 4:30p, I realized I had lost my keys on a job site, and I would not be able to get back before the office 5p closing time. At 5:30, maintenance met me in the lobby with a fresh cut key. They did not charge me the $45 after hours fee. Very cool of them.
While picking up a package at the office, i casually mentioned that my thermostat was displaying "low battery". Within 10min. of me being home, maintenance was replacing it.
What has really prompted me to write this, is that when I picked up packages today at the office, a leasing agent did not take no for an answer when she asked if she could help bringing them to my car. It was 13 degrees outside.
There is more, but I have had nothing but great experiences with this staff/management.
