Country Ridge features some great, comfortable and stylish apartments. My unit has linoleum flooring, nice carpet in the bedrooms, with washer, dryer and even a dish washer. Location is very quiet so you don't have to worry about noise pollution at all. Neighbors are fine too, we're friendly, but also give space and privacy.
The only negative I have is MTH who owns the location. Maintenance requests take forever to get approved and if you need the landlord to approve something or hear back, she has taken 24-36 hours during the week to respond to me. Rent is always rising too, so eventually the fair price I pay may not be an option next time we re-sign.
Great place to rent especially if your able to get a garage with your apartment. Very quite peaceful
