We had nothing but an amazing experience with the staff at Walton Crossings. If I could give more than a 5 star rating I would. The property grounds are well maintained and the units are clean upon taking possession. It's quiet, scenic and convenient to everything. I've read some of the negative reviews and find them far from the truth. There will always be whiners who are never satisfied with anything and need their noses wiped constantly. I have not seen nor heard of anyone having bugs or mice in the 2 years I've lived here. Of course, if garage doors are left up 24/7, as some neighbors do, you are inviting in all kinds of critters. Now for the negatives ... THERE ARE NONE as far as I am concerned. I love, love, love Walton Crossings.

They charge you basically double for cable because of the wiring with comcast...you have a baseline, outdated cable box from the apartment management and are charged for it, plus you get to pay comcast themselves for any tiny upgrade, like to hd. Bugs and mice are a problem, maintenance is a problem, upkeep of the units is a problem. I love this neighborhood so much, it's charming and close to everything. However, this leasing co has really done the community a disservice by not caring to keep their townhomes to standard.

Also in an excellent school district (Penn Trafford).
The property management company is on top off issues as need be and they are extremely approachable and friendly to work with.
Depending on where your apartment is you get nice views. Quite community with lots of elderly and families.
Though the price is high. I loved living in the neighborhood. There are good schools and great people.
