I lived in Woodsview for 6 months because I got a job in Janesville. Since day 1 they were always helping me with the application, with picking up the keys, if I had questions or concerns they were willing to listen and just give the best service and help. It was my first apartment after college and I really loved it. The apartment so clean, new appliances, great view, nice cabinets, floors, carpets, closet, a great pool and good size gym... I really wanted to live there longer but I moved to Madison and also I guess the only bad thing about Woodsview is that they did not allow huskies and just as a personal thing I really wanted to get a husky puppy. But besides that Woodsview I think it was a great place to live, I will totally recommend this place. And last but not least, Kris the manager was always nice to me, always replying my emails and always helping me. At the time I lived there we had a construction process and she was always keeping us updated and always willing to help us by providing information about where to park during that process and all that. Also the other bad thing about living in Woodsview is that I wish I was able to meet Kris in person, she for sure was one of the nicest person I've met in WI, she even helped me by providing apartment information in Madison, and she really seemed really cool in emails, so for sure in person she is way nicer :). If you decide to live here, you won't regret. I am going to miss Woodsview. Thank you so much for everything! :)

Don't believe the bad reviews you are reading here. The angry people who never take any blame for themselves are always the loudest and need to voice their idiotic opinions. I've lived here for 2.5 years and have not had any problems with the management. Any issues that came up with the apartment itself were quickly resolved. Kris and Leslie are awesome to work with. The grounds are well maintained as well as the interior of the buildings. Yeah, it's a little pricey, but there is a pool and a 24-hour workout facility on site, underground parking, and plenty above ground parking. It's easily the nicest apartment complex in town. As for the people saying how they got screwed out of their security deposit and were charged fees, I'm guessing their apartments looked like hell when they moved out. You won't lose your deposit if you take care of your place. It's not rocket science. If you take the time to fill out the condition report they give you on your move in day with all the damaged things (you have a couple days to do this so you should be able check everything), they will fix it and you won't be charged. All in all, it is a great, quiet place to live.

Do not move in here. Seriously. The place has great amenities and apartments are nice but you will pay. On top of the high rent you will pay for any little thing. Need the Toilet plunged...$150 need something repaired that broke $200. If you call maintenance... you will be charged. Seriously. They snaked my toilet which left marks and I was charged. A kitchen drawer was off it's tracks called maintenance to fix charged. You will not get your security deposit back. I had my apartment cleaned professionally before leaving. I asked multiple times for what I could do to ensure my security deposit was returned. I asked for paint color so I could paint over the putty spots from hanging pictures and was told it was fine. I was told the apartment looked fine when management was in it showing it merely 20 days prior to my leaving. Oh yeah I was also charged on my final bill for the marks left when maintenance snaked the toilet, cleaning the sink, and stove. All which had been done prior to leaving. Charged for a full unit repaint... somewhere around $1400 in all charges after i left.

We moved to Janesville for work. Need a nice place until we could find a house to purchase. Woodview was an excellent choice. It's staff, locations and amenities were perfect. The property is connected to a Palmer Park. A very nice park, and it has a place for dogs to play. Woodview was also very animal friendly. Pet clean up stations all around the property were always maintained. We were here during the winter months, and the heated parking garage was a huge plus. also they kept the sidewalks free of snow and ice. The maintenance people were always right on top of things. We had a couple of Maintenance items that needed addressed, and the staff was always there withing a couple hours. Great place to live, for all ages.
