Old and out of date complex, poorly managed, offering "luxury living apartments" filled with black mold and mildew. Ended up calling the Indiana Health Department on them and my unit alone was cited with 7 violations. Management wouldn't do anything about it and turned a head to any issues going on at the complex. Only recommendation I'd give is to bulldoze and rebuild, under new management too.

I've been extremely happy with Riley Towers. Close the Interstate and all of my favorite local shops and eateries. The view is spectacular along with the amenities. The staff is extremely attentive and supportive. Could not recommend Amie in leasing more - anytime I need something she ensures that it happens quickly. Highly recommend to all who want to live downtown!

I've lived at Riley for two years and loved every minute of it. Yes, the location is ideal, but it's more than that. The staff really makes you feel part of their family. The grounds are always immaculate and clean. The apartments are in great condition, and if I ever had to put a work order in, it was fixed in a matter of hours. On my first week here, the maintenance staff even stopped by while I was home because they knew I had a dog and wanted to get to know him while I was there in case they ever needed to enter my apartment while I was absent. They played on the floor with him for ten minutes so that my dog felt comfortable and familiar with them. The amenities are wonderful as well. I had several grilling/pool parties during the summer months. I highly recommend anyone interested in downtown living to look no further than Riley Towers.
