Townhome near NorthStar!  Prime location for all the north shore's best outdoor activities and nightlife! This spacious and updated Kingswood Village condo has two bedrooms on the entry level plus a loft above the kitchen on the 3rd floor.
The main living area is just up the stairs to the second floor and has a wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV with basic extended cable + DVD player, cozy seating area, dining for 7 including the eat-at-bat and access to a second deck with an electric grill and patio table. The tidy galley kitchen is fully stocked and has newer appliances plus all the smaller appliances one could ask for. There is also a second full bath on the main floor.
The primary bedroom is housed on the entry level and has his & hers closets, a private deck, TV and a king bed. Bedroom number two is also downstairs and has a queen bed and a lot of natural light with windows from the floor to the top of the vaulted ceilings. Between both bedrooms is a full bath and a closet with full-sized washer & dryer.
Lastly, there's a unique loft area with a small desk for those who must work while away. The loft sleeps 2 with single twin beds. Please note that the loft is accessed by a wrought iron spiral staircase which may not be best for all guests.
All this and just 1 mile from the lake or less than 5 miles from NorthStar-at-California resort!

• Advertised "Rent" Rate includes monthly housekeeping and all utilities EXCEPT NATURAL GAS & ELECTRICITY. 
• Deposit is equal to One Month's Rent with entire term of the ski lease paid upfront.
• Unreserved parking for up to 3 vehicles in the paved community parking area. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
• AWD/4WD vehicles are strongly advised during the winter months.
• No pets allowed (per Homeowner's Association).
• Must climb stairs (main living area is on the 2nd level).
• Townhome has 3 sleeping areas, 1 of which is a loft that overlooks the living area below. 
• Access to the loft is via a spiral, wrought iron staircase that may not be easily accessible to those with limited mobility, impairments or disabilities.
• Renter's Insurance required for duration of ski lease term.

Rate includes 2 hours of housekeeping service each month, keyless entry technology, cable television, internet, water/sewer, community trash, community parking.
