1. Rent is way to high.
2. POOL IS NEVER CLEAN!!! I don't know who cleans the pool, but it's never CLEAN! It's always green, cloudy, and filled with leaves. I sometimes see him cleaning it and all he does is pour chlorine in it and walk away!
3. Roaches EVERYWHERE.
4. Washing and drying machines prices slowly rise, and honestly they don't clean well.
Don't even bother to live here.

Decent place to live. Building materials are cheap. Plus side is it is a very quiet community, however, don't leave anything out or it will be immediately stolen. Bugs can be bad in the summer (i.e. mostly mosquitos). Pools are great! Close to the beach. Pricey, but overall a decent experience.
