Our apartment homes are neutrally decorated, with carpet in the living spaces, and vinyl in the kitchen and bathrooms, and comes installed with central heat and air conditioning, a kitchen with oven/range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a double basin sink with garbage disposal, convenient in-home washer and dryer hookups, and a private patio or balcony. Being located less than 1 minute north of 30th Avenue, as a resident of Ridgewood, you’ll have fast access to shopping, dining, and entertainment nearby with highway access just five minutes west, and Main St just 4 minutes east. For your convenience, we have a management office, staffed Monday thru Friday, located at Acres Apartments, on the other side of E 30th Ave, with emergency maintenance on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
