I have lived at this property for over a year and I am so glad to call it my home. It is a very comfortable and peaceful area with lots of places I can just walk downstairs to and grab something good to eat or coffee. So close to the beach! The property is so beautiful and well maintained. The management has always been very supportive any time I have reached out for anything and the maintainance team as well. I love living here

I love it here. It is a great neighborhood. Everyone says Hello in passing and Quiet Hours are definitely respected. And I've lived on both sides of the property, upgrading from a Studio to a One Bedroom.
Which Cathy and Michelle rushed and went out of their way to make it happen.
Normally older buildings have a lot of cons such as hearing your neighbors through the walls. That is not the case here. We also have beautiful floors and Granite counter tops and a great size patio. The location is perfect, plenty of places to walk to and it is an easy bike ride to the beach, which we do often.
They also allow Pets which seems to be more difficult to find these days!
Yes, parking can be a bit of an issue but no different than any other complex. You have assigned Spaces and there is plenty of parking nearby.
No place is perfect, but they come pretty close to that here!
