Demond has been really helpful in my search for a new apartment and was one of the key reasons I picked Metro Midtown. He was verykind and helpful, and he was always willing to answer my inquiries. He also knows a lot about the Houston/Midtown area, as a new resident to Houston it was very informative. Desmond has been instrumental overall with my move into metro Midtown and I am so excited to start my lease!

I cant express how extremely friendly and accommodating the team has been at Metro Midtown! Lauren has been absolutely instrumental in helping get my needs with moving in met and I havent heard the word no yet from Demond in the leasing office or any of the maintenance staff. They strive to make the process as seamless as possible and the convenience of having everything in walking distance is the icing on the cake. Having been in other luxury communities, this one by far is unmatched in service and amenities! The resort style pools truly scream relax in every sense of the word. Highly recommend the experience to anyone looking for a superb place to live in midtown Houston!
