While I was unable to lease with these apartments due to the requirement that I must have been employed for a minimum of 6 months, the patience and courtesy that Marty extended to me really makes me wish I had the chance to rent with them. I'm in the process of making a big move from across the country to Houston, and as a first-time renter at that. I have found that most receptionists and office staff that I've contacted in Houston seemed almost annoyed by my inquiries. Marty was the first person I spoke to that was pleasant, and remained so even after discovering that I was unable to rent with them. I have since found an apartment to rent with, but even their service doesn't compare to what I received from Harper's Mill Apartments. Hopefully one day in the future I'll get the chance to lease here!
I haven't rented with them just yet but the people at the leasing office are awesome :) the complex is very nice and I can't wait to move in
