A $150.00 screening fee per applicant/per adult ($150.00 Married Couple) made payable to: Terra Sol HOA in the form of a money order or cashier’s check.
A $150.00 processing fee made payable to Miami Management, Inc. in the form of a money order or cashier’s check.
LEASE ONLY: A deposit is required for all rentals on property which is $500.00. This deposit is for any damages and/or need of repair to the community if not taken care of by the tenant and/or owner upon request of the Association. Money order or cashier’s check ONLY made payable to Terra Sol HOA.
