Apartment is currently tenant occupied. Tour requests will need to be scheduled in advance with the owner so adequate notice can be provided to the current tenant.
Lease Terms and Application Requirements:
$1,445/mo
-Utilities: Tenant pays individually metered utilities (PECO gas/electric)
-First full month + 1-month security deposit required with Lease signing
-Requirements: Full criminal and credit background check will be completed for each applicant/occupant 18 yrs of age and older (applicants/occupants pay for the screening service fee). Must have clean criminal record. There is a 600 minimum credit score for the standard application requirements. If credit score is below that, application will be reviewed on a case by case basis and if approved then last month rent would be required upfront with Lease signing. Credit history must not reflect current delinquent debt, recent bankruptcies, recent evictions or active judgments. Proof of income and references will be collected and verified with the application.
