Overall this is a great apartment complex for college students. Noise isnt really an issue on the weekends other than the cars that rev their engines going up and down the main road. Since this complex is kind of out of the way from other party apartment complexes, there is relatively no noise during the weekend. Most of the employees are nice and welcoming and are more than willing to help answer any of your questions. I do enjoy that they have activities for the residents every once in a while (Foodie Friday and almost weekly giveaways). The maintenance people are super nice and professional and will fix any issues you might have relatively quickly . The only real cons are that not all residents pick up after their dogs so youll see occasional piles of feces wherever there is grass. Another is that sometimes when answering your emails, some employees can come off passive aggressive, not a bid deal but is a little confusing when you are just asking a simple question. Other than that its been a pretty decent living experience and I would renew my lease here if I werent moving back home for school. Also Ive really enjoyed getting to see the cattle in the local pasture as I exit the property each day!

Great place to live! The pool and hot tub are so nice! The staff is helpful & respond quickly to any problems. The apartment is spacious and I love having my own bathroom!
