To ensure the well-being of all our residents, we do have some restrictions in place:
Weight Limit & Breed Restrictions: Small and medium-sized pets up to 30 pounds are welcome and while we adore all breeds, we do have some limitations to maintain a safe and harmonious environment.
(A) Tenant is required to pay a non-refundable pet fee of $300.00, per pet
(B) Tenant must pay a monthly pet rent of $50.00 for the first pet, $25 for the second
