Heat, Trash, and water included on rent - We currently have a one-bedroom apartment available on the second floor of Bellevue Towers. It comes equipped with a refrigerator and electric stove. The rent includes gas heat, water, sewer, and trash. However, tenants are responsible for covering the cost of electricity and cable.
To be considered for this apartment, applicants must have a minimum of one year's verifiable rental history, a credit score of at least 600, an income of at least twice the monthly rent, and no previous landlord/tenant disputes or evictions. We are now accepting applications for Housing/Section 8.
