Noah is absolutely the greatest manager ever selected for such a gorgeous place with so many amenities. I am excited for the information shared for rental process. Looking forward to our next home. I felt like it was such a beautiful and safe neighborhood to raise our adopted son and see our grandchildren grow.
We had a wonderful experience here! The property manager, Noah, was fantastic and while our time in Baton Rouge was short, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a new place, checkout Heights, because you can't go wrong with this place!! Not only is this place BEAUTIFUL- It has a Starbucks coffee machine so that means..... FREE STARBUCKS (ugh Yes, please!) AND... it also has a BARK PARK that my Boxer LOVES!!! I haven't been able to enjoy the pool just yet, but I am definitely looking forward to hanging out at the pool and us grilling. I promise that this place will have everything + more that you are looking for in a new apartment! If you decide to lease- please put my name on the application so that I can get the resident referral $ that they offer- whoop whoop! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS PLACE & THE TEAM! OH... AND 1 MORE THING.....maintenance is TOP NOTCH- they are super friendly & always complete my work orders within 24 hrs! Yep- this place is pretty AMAZING! Hurry & go check them out before it is too late- Ask for Noah when you go because he toured me and I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
