While I have not lived that long in this residence, I have to say that my first impression of them is that I am, in fact, impressed. I moved here from VA/DC area, and due to some personal circumstances, didn't get a chance to physically see or tour my new home. Yes...essentially I pulled a hail mary on a living space I only saw through pictures and was led to make my final decision due to the positive reviews it recieved compared to the other apartment complexes as well as Keeley's (one of the front desk individuals) constant follow up and quick response to my inquiries. Given my move from farther north, I did not know what to expect and upon my arrival, I found myself faced with a beautiful apartment that was everything I could have wanted that fit my price range. As a bonus, the area is calm and quiet and I enjoy going on a walk through the neighborhood and into the nearby house areas (NOTE: similar name but not affiliated with this complex) just to get some fresh air. It is in driving distance to multiple grocery stores, and some small cafes that I have recently grown fond of along with being within 40minutes a beautiful lake on the GA/SC state boarder where I can be with nature. Augusta is about 30 minutes away, and I love perusing the summer warez of local small businesses during the seasonal farmers market. I am also quite encouraged by the efficiency, consistency, and professionalism of the staff that is evidence to me that the bottom line is not to just fill their apartments, but to have satisfied residents. I will have to get more settled in to see if my opinion changes at all, but I currently do not anticipate such. Overall, I am pleased with my decision to have moved here and believe I have thoroughly lucked out.

This place is amazing! Everyday feels like a vacation coming home. I can't explain how perfect this place is. The pool is epic, appartment is amazing and there is plenty of parking. Long story short it's perfect and I can't wait to renew my lease. 10/10 will lease again permitting military orders.

Good location and brand new buildings. My roommate and I have been living here just over two months and don't have any complaints nor have we had any outstanding issues. Management is kind and professional, and the Maintenance crew was flexible when we had problems with shelving and scheduling installation. The community is quiet overall and the gates to the property are a plus! The only thing that I would improve is for someone to clean the fitness room floor (mopping at least 1-2x per week).
