Wendover Axcess Apartments is BY FAR the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The entire staff (from Tiffany, Nicole and Patrick) are always in a good mood and are extremely courteous and helpful. The insides of the apartments are fresh and new, and we have yet to experience an issue with anything inside since moving in. The outside grounds are always well-maintained, with clean landscaping that is consistently groomed and well-kept, and the parking lot is always clear and clean of any debris. At night, the apartment complex is always quiet and safe - there hasn't been a single night where I've been kept up due to loud noises or parties. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND living here. A+ all around.

Update Tiffney Phillips responded that all my issues has been taken care of she lied she has Refused to fix the carpet where her own carpet guys said was not put down correctly she also has Refused to replace my ceiling where a toilet overflowed she also stated she had a open door policy for me to come and talk to her I tried and she kicked me out of the office and locked the door and said she was calling 911 cause I harassed her I recorded the whole drama she did I called 911 and the officer saw I did nothing wrong this is her open door policy she harassed threatened me watch the video you will see the real Tiffney I have filed a Federal Housing Complaint and I have hired attorneys to file a Federal lawsuit against wendover aXcess the owners which has stood by and allowed there employees Tiffney Phillips the manager Kimberely Porter the Regional manager to retaliate,harass discriminate and threaten me almost on a daily basic watch the video and watch Tiffney threaten harass and kick me out of the office if any one ever has been treated like this while living here at access or she harassed you please join my law suit no one should ever be treated this way and wendover aXcess there management team and there owners have violated the law Never Ever would I recommended anyone to come here to rent Darren

I have livedt here 5 years with no complaints or any issues ever there have been several issues I have had with my apts like ants like craxy pest control been here 5 times and I still have ants toilet flooded my bathroom and ran into ceiling fesis and trash and they just repainted x2 finally after I demanded they replaced the bathroom some of the ceiling now stains in my kitchen Nicole the asst Mgr came over a month ago and still nothing done I called Tiffneys the managers regional first week Kimberly Porter Never returned my call I called back she was rude, talked over me and refused to come to the apt to see the issues This is how the management of a apartment complex treats there residents after 5 years was in the process of buying a house which I notified tiffney and the house fell through last week I told tiffney yesterday 5/2/2018 to renew my lease for another 12 months my lease expires 5/15/2018 she said Im really concerned that I may not renew your lease cause you seem unhappy here what ??? Along with other reasons when I came home yesterday a note from tiff net saying she was not renewing my lease and for me Leave June 16,2018 after 5 years with no issues they want me to leave Tiffany and her regional Kimberly Porter abs wendover aXcess have Discrimintaed against me violated my rights because I ask to live in a safe clean environment for my housing as the law allows and then wants to kick me out after 5 years is this the management team you would want in the apartment complex you live in, I would never recommended this place as of yesterday the grass is 12 inches tall pieces of trash all over the property and mold on outside of my balcony but tiffney wants to kick out a tenant of 5 years and Discrimante against me becaus3 of my Disability and violated my rights for several reasons for 960 a month this property should be spotless but it is not so After how I am being treated after 5 years I would Never Revommended anyone to rent here Darren Update been 38 days and still no call from regional manager Kimberely. Update to my reviews Tiffney Phillips the manager said she returned my Junes rent on Friday June 15 on my door there was no money order enclosed and who puts a money order just same as cash on anyones door see the games the manager and the management team plays here the owners have stood by and allowed Tiffney and her boss Kimberely Porter to retaliate,harass discriminate and threaten me almost daily with eviction a tentant of over 5 years who deserves to be treated like this I would Still Never Recommended Anyone Ever Come here and rent Darren
