So far we enjoy the space and love the location. It's a cute complex that's small and not overwhelming. Sandie helped get us situated, and she was amazing. When Teryn got back, she was really nice as well! Larry is one of a kind and is always cleaning the sidewalks and putting salt out early and late in the day. He is so kind and if you tell him something needs to be fixed, he gets it done immediately.

I went to look at the model and was met by the property manager. She immediately informed me to stay at the property you have to have a credit score of 650 or above before I could even close the door. She was very short with me and made me feel uncomfortable enough that I didn't apply. The bad thing about it is I would've met the requirements and she could've had a loyal tenant. I think the owners of the property should look into how their manager represents them as all you have is your reputation.

Do NOT choose to live here if you have kids. The management will try to tell you they are very kid friendly because they have a playground, but in reality they do NOT want to see your children or for you to actually have them live in your home. 1. in the summer months they office manager, Taryn sent out a letter telling everyone that if your children use sidewalk chalk they must immediately clean it up, rinse it off or sweep it up, that under no circumstances may you "wait for the rain to clean it" 2. they insist you keep your car in your small garage. so they want you to not put any of your things in there but you can't have any kids bikes out. 3. the office manager taryn will also go around yelling at the children to not play in the yard, but also not be on the sidewalks. I am not sure where exactly she wants you to be? 4. I am fairly certain they are regularly trying to get rid of the people with children. and have talked to two other families that feel the same way. for those of you who have no kids, no things, one car, and are quiet and invisible, meaning you do not let people come over. feel free to live here, i'm sure they will love you.

Was great when I first moved in but new management sucks. They are trying to get the people out that have lived here before they started. Also, there has been issues with peoples things being stolen from their porch. I definitely cannot recommend these people to anyone!
