Reasonably priced for Germantown but older. Hasn't been updated in a while.
I have lived here for 3 years now and this is a VERY good place to live if you want to be in Germantown....
I have lived here for 3 years now and this is a VERY good place to live if you want to be in Germantown. I have seen comments about bugs, I have had minimal bugs as they spray regularly and have had friends in other placed close by the Kirby area that have roaches a hundred times worse than Westminster. The rent is a good price for the Germantown area, my nieghbors, who have also been here 3 plus years, seem to like it a lot as well. There is a nice pool, there are quite a few children in the complex that go to schools there but they are never an issue. The maintenance has always been VERY prompt and I have rarely needed them. Olivia, our manager, is fantastic and takes care of anything you need ASAP. There is noise from the Train tracks but it I am not right next to it and it does not bother us at all. The units were built in the 70's but they are very spacious. The Germantown Police patrol the neighborhood very frequently and keep it safe.

I don't know how true those other reviews are but I love it here!!! The management is awesome and the maintenance guy Larry is Johnny on the spot anytime I need him. He might not be a social butterfly but he is good at what he does. The neighborhood is wonderful and love that Germantown police frequent through here. Of course there are kids here seeing that the schools are so close but I barely even hear them. Only when they are exiting the bus but outside of that, the kids are very respectful. My townhouse is great and I've been enjoying every min of it as well as my family too. Olivia is the sweetest and coolest person ever :-) No complaints to report

Its simply impossible. Another thing is the rude maintenance guy. Make sure you can stand his attitude before signing anything!

This is the deal ladies and gentlemen. I kid you not when I say these townhomes suck! But!! That is my opinion. If you do not mind lots of playful children (I MEAN A LOT OF THEM), squeaky floors, lazy/slow/rude maintenance, and bugs galore come on by. While all these things are true beyond all imagination it is still a pretty decent place considering its location. Just on the outskirts of Memphis you kind of get a few unwanted visitors but not often at all. Nothing a shotgun won't fix, right? Anyway, this has been fun hope this review helps a little.
