The new manager Lillian is the absolute worst. Not only is she always in defense mode about any and everything, she is highly unprofessional...
The new manager Lillian is the absolute worst. Not only is she always in defense mode about any and everything, she is highly unprofessional and incompetent. She sends out notices to pay rent that's contradictory to our signed leases. She makes appointments with you by email, forgets the time, accuses the tenant of lying, and finally acknowledging her mistake. She simply says, "Oh ok whatever, I guess I stand corrected." She refused to correct an amount for me to pay on the online portal even though it was double the amount and a mistake on her part. I can't believe someone hired her to manage anything. Do yourself a favor an keep looking. This is not it.
