very loud music playing till late in the night sometimes till 3am, kids can't sleep, have reported to the apartment manager several times but it still continues.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Horrible horrible , mold throughout the whole apartment, hot water only lasts 2 minutes, heat never works a/c never works....
